By merely using this website, or by becoming a member of ChizNation or by clicking on the “accept” button at the end of this page, you give ChizNation your unambiguous consent to be bound by this “Terms of Service” and you agree to the fulfillment of not only what has been expressly stipulated herein but also to all the consequences which, according to their nature, may be in keeping with good faith, usage and law.
Further, there are areas in the website, such as pages for uploading logos and other artworks, which are subject to other conditions in addition to those already in these Terms of Service. Such additional conditions are hereby incorporated by reference.

Article VII. Contributions
Section 1. This is a blogspot where free thinkers and believers in change for a better Philippines could meet and exchange ideas. This site is not run, owned or controlled by Sen. Francis Joseph G. Escudero, nor is it a part of his official campaign, nor do we represent him. We are volunteers who just happen to believe in him and in his advocacies and vision for our country. We sincerely believe that our support for him is an exercise of our constitutional right of free speech.
Section 2. Where we name causes, advocacies, charities or purposes to which you may help out, we reserve the right to redirect any and all contributions received to just one cause, advocacy, charity or purpose, or to causes, advocacies, charities or purposes other than those to which the contributions may have actually been intended. In particular, but without limiting our discretion, you agree that we have the right to channel any and all contributions intended for non-campaign matters, such as charities, to campaign purposes, and vice versa. Likewise you agree that in any case, contributions (including contributions intended to be given to Sen. Escudero) may be used by ChizNation itself in activities which, in the sole determination of ChizNation, consistent with or helpful to Sen. Escudero’s campaign. Lastly, you agree that in the event that we decide to stop maintaining ChizNation, we have the absolute discretion to choose which cause, advocacy, charity or purpose any remaining contributions may be applied to.
Section 3. Should you make any campaign contribution through this website, you expressly represent and warrant to us that:
- Your name and address in your user account, or that which you provided to us upon registration, are complete and true; and
- You are not a foreigner, dual citizen or foreign corporation or otherwise disqualified under law to make such contribution.
